Children, Youth, and Family Services

Our Children, Youth, and Family Services help establish trust, improve communication, and cultivate meaningful relationships.

Access Care Management provides comprehensive support services in collaboration with local schools, the Juvenile Justice System, the Department of Health Care Services, community centers, and non-profit youth services agencies. By evaluating each individual child’s needs and family circumstances, ACM empowers youth to develop and maintain essential life skills that are imperative to their success.

Our Children, Youth and Families program strengthen families by engaging youth, and helping them succeed and thrive in their communities. Our strengths and evidence-based, culturally competent approach is supported by bilingual and bicultural care coordinators, who help youth grapple with the many challenges they may face growing up.

We honor the cultural values, perceptions and belief systems of youth clients and their families, and treatment is personalized and driven by unique needs of the individual. Services may include individual, family and/or group therapy, crisis intervention, referral to psychiatric evaluation, medication management, advocacy, case management, youth job readiness training, youth leadership and development groups, and prevention groups.
